Postmedia Place Earns BOMA 360 Performance Building Designation

Postmedia Place is now part of an elite group of buildings recognized as demonstrating the highest level of excellence in commercial real estate after being designated a BOMA 360 Performance Building by the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International. Earning the prestigious BOMA 360 designation confirms that Postmedia Place exceeds industry standards across all areas of operations and management.

“We are thrilled to designate Postmedia Place as a BOMA 360 Performance Building,” says BOMA 360 Council Chair Dave Dabson, Director of Asset & Property Management, Beacon Partners. “By achieving the BOMA 360 designation, the management team at Postmedia Place has demonstrated to their owners, tenants, prospective tenants and the community that they recognize the importance of upholding excellence in all areas of building operations.”

BOMA 360 Performance Program

The BOMA 360 Performance Program takes a holistic approach by evaluating buildings against industry best practices in six major areas: building operations and management; life safety/security/risk management; training and education of building personnel; energy management; environmental/sustainability performance; and tenant relations and community involvement. Postmedia Place met all requirements in the above noted categories to receive the BOMA 360 designation.

“We are thrilled to receive this important recognition as proof of our commitment to deliver best-in-class service for our valued tenants,” says Alaric da Cunha, Postmedia Place General Manager.

Postmedia Place recently won a national BOMA Canada Earth Award and will soon compete for a BOMA International TOBY® Award this June 2022.
