Family Navigation Project (FNP) is a phone and email service helping youth ages 11 to 29, and their families, navigate mental health and addiction systems. If you live in the Greater Toronto Area (Durham, Halton, Peel, Toronto or York), please reach out to us for support. We respond within one to two business days.
